We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy to fix.

Return window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item, no reason needed. This is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which also gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return Email us at info@gradox.pl with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and send you instructions for sending it back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we've received the goods back, or you've supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Exchanges Need a different size? Let us know in your return request and we'll help you get the right fit as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Sale items Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same 14-day policy unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Return shipping costs Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
