Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times Once dispatched, standard delivery within Poland typically takes 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any current free-shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@gradox.pl.

Customs and import duties For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email us at info@gradox.pl and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do what we can to help resolve it.
